return and refund policy

Mysti Gift does not accept returns. Replacements are available under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement:

  1. The item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. The item has not been used.

  3. Clear photo or video evidence is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process:

  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+971 561129615) or email (customerhelp@mystigift.store) with your evidence.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

  • Items that have been used, tampered with, or reported after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for replacement.
